This is a 12-month FTC role, suited to someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, relaxed team environment where personality and team fit are genuinely valued.The RoleSupporting senior stakeholders within IT, you will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.The hiring team is specifically seeking candidates with solid PA/EA experience. Key ResponsibilitiesFull EA support to multiple IT DirectorsComplex diary management and meeting schedulingInbox management and coordination of internal communicationsPreparing documentation and materials for meetingsArranging travel where requiredActing as a key point of contact for internal stakeholdersGeneral administrative support and ad-hoc tasksExperience and Skills RequiredProven experience supporting senior stakeholders (Director level or above)Highly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator with a friendly, down-to-earth approachComfortable working in a sociable office environmentGood sense of humour and positive attitude - cultural fit is importantWorking PatternHours: 9:00am - 5:00pmContract: 12-month Fixed-Term ContractHybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from ..... full job details .....
