Salary Range: -47,319 to -59,509

What You''ll Do:
As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the Chief Executive, ensuring their work and diary commitments are impeccably organised. Your role will include:

  • Diary Management: Prioritise and manage the Chief Executive''s diary, assessing the urgency of requests and facilitating effective delegation.
  • Event Coordination: Handle invitations for external events and speaking opportunities, ensuring the Chief Executive''s schedule aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing the necessary briefings for meetings.
  • Correspondence Management: Oversee the Chief Executive''s inbox, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organise travel and accommodation for meetings and events, both locally and internationally.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and exercising sound judgement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring key actions and decisions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Supporting a range of meetings, including senior management team sessions.
  • Collaborating closely with the OCCE team and other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless operations.

  • Experience: Proven ability to support senior executives in complex environments.
  • Administrative Excellence: Exceptional diary and inbox management skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring positive engagement with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Technology: Expertise in Microsoft Office and clinical software.
  • Discretion: A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
