We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support C-level executives in our busy London office and partner with the CEO and CFO to anticipate needs and prioritise tasks with a proactive, "No task is too big or too small" mindset.This is an amazing opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our exciting company and provide committed support to C-level executives based in our London office.Responsibilities
Executive assistance to the CEO and CFOManaging calendars and inboxes: prioritise, resolve conflicts, manage time zones, and communicate changes clearlyDrafting complex meeting agendas, note-taking and following-up on actions to maintain momentumOrganising and coordinating global travel including transport, accommodation and visasEnd-to-end coordination of quarterly offsites for the Executive Leadership Team, including venue finding and agenda settingCoordination of team summits, events and offsitesFrequent travel to our Copenhagen office (and other locations as required) for Executive Leadership meetings and offsitesOwning the production of the annual corporate calendar and ensuring it is kept up-to-date throughout the yearPartnering with the Company Secretary to provide assistance with scheduling Board meetings and providing in-person support during Board meetingsPartnering with Head of Investor Relations in setting up meetings with brokers and shareholders, including onsite support during Financial Results presentationsManaging expenses and purchase ordersAd-hoc support for other execs and acting as part of a team of Executive Assistants, providing backup as neededFlexibility in working hours is occasionally requiredQualifications
Experience supporting a CEO at Board level is requiredHighly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and be 2+ steps aheadDiscreet and trusted with a high degree of integrity and confidentialityStrong English communication skills at a business levelAnalytical thinker who can draw conclusions from information and present the big pictureHigh emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different personalities/culturesWillingness to get to know the team and contribute to a positive cultureGood IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly (Google Suite)Ability to thrive in an innovative environment where no two days are alikeWilling to work in the office 2-3 days per week (Tues-Thurs)What we offer
