The opportunity   We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chair and Chief Executive. Working closely with the Private Secretary and the Chair''s external PA, you will help ensure the office operate smoothly, efficiently and professionally.   Key responsibilities    Manage complex and frequently changing diaries, meetings, visits and schedules.  Monitor shared inboxes, correspondence and meeting requests, assessing urgency and priority.  Act as a professional first point of contact for visitors, callers and key stakeholders.  Coordinate UK and international travel and accommodation.
