Executive Assistant (Apply online only)k - hybrid workingNorth West London - Permanent Randstad are currently working in partnership with a growing charity business based in North West London to recruit an experienced, diligent and professional Executive Assistant to join an already established and supportive office support function. This dynamic individual will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager and Director with administration, organisational support and high level business support assistance. Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will include:Strategic and Operational Support: Act as a trusted operational partner to the Director, managing priorities, preparing briefings, and supporting decision-making through data analysis. Clinical Operations and Service Delivery: Oversee day-to-day coordination of clinical services, maintain operational workflows, and monitor capacity and waiting lists. Clinical Events and Programme Delivery: End-to-end management of therapeutic groups, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder events (including logistics, venue sourcing, and budgeting). Financial Oversight: Handle invoice processing and reconciliation, monitor expenditure against budgets, and support financial forecasting and reporting. Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to GDPR, safeguarding, and confidentiality standards, and coordinate regular audits.
