Description

  • Manage the diary and schedule of senior leadership, ensuring optimal time management and prioritisation.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for business trips.
  • Handle confidential documentation with a high level of discretion and accuracy.
  • Support the preparation of reports and correspondence as required.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of departmental events and initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
