The company operates as a large organisation, offering a professional and structured work environment.DescriptionExecutive Assistant responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules and appointments.Coordinate and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of senior management.Organise and maintain files, documents, and records in an efficient manner.Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport.Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.Support in organising corporate events and liaising with stakeholders.Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.ProfileA successful Executive Assistant must have: Prior experience in a similar Executive Assistant or administrative role.Experience within Financial Services.Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent written and verbal communication ..... full job details .....
