They will help improve financial sustainability of clubs, ensure resilience across the leagues, and safeguard the heritage of English football. It will operate a licensing regime, set corporate governance standards and monitor, protect, and promote financial resilience. It will also enforce compliance with requirements on financial regulation, club ownership and directors, fan engagement, and heritage protection.They will also have powers to prohibit clubs from joining competitions that are not fair or meritocratic, or that threaten the heritage or sustainability of English football.About the RoleOur client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their supervision and enforcement team. The supervision function sits at the heart of their undertaking core regulatory activity. It will also be a focal point for managing their relationship with the clubs it regulates. The enforcement team will be responsible for investigating and resolving infringements, including sanctioning when appropriate.Working within a fast-paced and commercially sensitive environment, the role will support the Director and two Deputy Directors in their oversight of the supervision and enforcement teams.Central to the role ..... full job details .....
