We''re representing a highly professional organisation in Frimley who are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the board. This is a pivotal role where you''ll combine high-level executive support with involvement in projects, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring emails, responding and filing where appropriate
  • Coordinating and managing a busy calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings along with bookings of rooms
  • Organising accommodation and detailed itineraries for business travel
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism
  • Preparing agendas, collating information, taking notes, creating presentations, and ensuring guests and meetings run seamlessly
  • Drafting, proofreading, and maintaining confidential documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assisting with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinating with senior leadership, clients, and partners to support business objectives
  • Handling all information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience supporting at Executive or Board level
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A proactive mindset - always one step ahead
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly proficient with MS Office and confident working with sensitive information
