Our client, a large forward-thinking, values-driven utilities company in central London is seeking an Executive / Personal Assistant for their 2 Directors.This role is onsite for the first 6 months; and hybrid thereafter.As Personal Assistant you will provide professional support services which will include secretarial, administrative and project support responsibilities.Principal Accountabilities include: Utilities, engineering, or construction industry experience is a must Diary management and inbox management Prepare and edit presentations, including proof reading, and preparing meeting packs Manage incoming correspondence/enquires (mail/email/phone calls) Preparation and prioritisation of letters/documents Arrange travel involving the coordination of detailed travel schedules and itineraries Raise purchase orders, payment requests and deal with expense claims, credit cardreconciliations and other administrative tasks Attend senior leadership meetings, taking notes and providing support Provide cover for other Directors'' PAsAbout you:You will have worked in a large organisation as an EA/ PA to a Senior DirectorYou will be entirely familiar with managing complex diaries and travel schedulesDesirable would be EA''s who have supported an HR Senior LeaderDesirable would be EA''s who have worked for a utilities or engineering businessYou will be confident communicating at all levels, including senior managementYou will have strong Powerpoint presentation and editing ..... full job details .....
