Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing the CEO and senior leaders'' diaries, arranging meetings, and prioritising commitments to optimise their time and productivity.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and producing high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external audiences.
  • Handling sensitive correspondence with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Supporting business development activities, including stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Liaising with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to facilitate relationships and operational activities.
  • Managing miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the leadership team''s strategic objectives.

Executive Assistant Rewards

Executive Assistant Experience Essentials

  • Proven experience supporting senior-level executives, ideally within regulated sectors such as aviation, healthcare, legal, or financial services.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Supportive attitude, with proactive problem-solving abilities and a warm, approachable manner.

Location

Based in North Oxfordshire, the role entails office-based working. The site offers free on-site parking and is accessible by public transport.
