Hours:  Mon - Fri 36 hours per week     Key Responsibilities:   As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the Head of Division, allowing them to focus on their critical duties. Your responsibilities will include:   Efficiently manage the Head''s diary, schedule appointments, and handle conflicts seamlessly. Prioritise incoming emails, prepare responses, and take action on behalf of the Head as needed.  Screen phone calls, manage enquiries, and handle requests with discretion and professionalism.  Organise travel and accommodation, ensuring the Head has all necessary details for external trips and events.  Organise and attend meetings, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and sent out, and take minutes where required.  Create high-quality documents, briefing materials, reports, and presentations as necessary.
