Are you ready to step into an exciting role that supports innovative leaders in the financial services sector? Our client, a prominent financial institution and insurance provider, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team.
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Data, Intelligence and Technology Officer (CDITO), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across the organisation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CDITO and the Leadership Team.
- Maintain and manage the CDITO''s calendar, coordinating meetings and events with precision.
- Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Ensure the timely flow of information and analysis, both internally and externally.
- Act as a formal secretariat for key projects and meetings, ensuring all actions are tracked and followed up.
- Process travel, expense, and timesheet transactions for multiple departments efficiently.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and collaborate with the Executive PA support team as needed.

- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in executive diary management, office management, and event coordination.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong decision-making capabilities.
