This is a key role within the school, supporting our behaviour systems and ensuring that students are held accountable while receiving appropriate support to improve their conduct and engagement with learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school''s Exclusion Unit, providing supervision and support for students who have been removed from lessons due to behavioural issues.
