Excellent contract job opportunity for Senior Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join a fast-paced digital product team on an initial 3-month contract. This role will focus on creating intuitive, user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, combining user research, UX design, UI design, and collaborative product delivery. Location: Waterside (UB7 0GB) (2 days onsite) Contract Length: 3 months initially Pay - attractive daily rate (inside IR35) Key Responsibilities User Research andamp; Insight Support research activities, usability testing, and discovery initiatives to understand customer needs and behaviours. Analyse research findings and translate insights into actionable design recommendations. Collaborate with researchers, product teams, and stakeholders to validate assumptions and support evidence-based decision-making. Use customer feedback, behavioural data, and product metrics to inform design solutions. UX andamp; Product Design Design end-to-end user journeys and digital experiences across multiple channels. Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interaction designs. Develop customer journey maps and service blueprints to identify opportunities for improvement. Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints when designing solutions. Apply systems thinking to ensure a seamless experience across products and platforms.
