Key Responsibilities Oversee the administration, organisation, and smooth running of all public and internal exams (GCSEs, A-Levels, and mock assessments). Liaise with exam boards, academic staff, students, and parents to ensure compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations. Manage exam entries, access arrangements, timetables, invigilation schedules, rooming, and secure handling of papers. Train, deploy, and supervise a team of invigilators. Ensure all candidates receive appropriate support, especially those with SEND or specific needs. Produce reports and analysis of results for senior leadership. Maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and contribute to the schools ethos of academic excellence.
