Job Purpose Lead the full exams and assessments service across multiple sites, making sure everything runs smoothly, securely and on time.Take overall responsibility for compliance, accuracy and quality, ensuring all exam processes meet awarding body and regulator rules.Manage and develop the exams team, while acting as the go-to expert for senior leaders and staff on anything exams-related.Main DutiesManage the day-to-day exams function across all sites, making sure processes are consistent and well organised.Oversee exam entries, registrations, timetables, room bookings, invigilation, results and certification.Make sure all exams are run properly and securely, including storage, handling and sending of exam papers and materials.Lead on compliance with JCQ, Ofqual and awarding body rules, including audits, inspections and policy updates.Manage, support and train the exams team and invigilators, making sure performance standards stay high.Work closely with data, support, IT and estates teams to ensure exam data is accurate and exam delivery runs without issues.Requirements Experience managing a team and allocating work clearly and effectively.Strong background in high-volume admin or operations work where accuracy and deadlines are critical.Good understanding of exams processes, regulations and compliance, ideally within education or training settings.Strong organisation, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.Confident using IT ..... full job details .....
