Overview
Exams Administrator (Casual Staff) – Minderoo Centre for Technology and Democracy. The Exam Operations team recruit and coordinate casual staff to support exam delivery and related processes.Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, appointment, operational management and allocation of casual exam staff (including exam supervisors, invigilators, attendants, digital exam technicians, couriers and script sorters).Support training and induction for casual staff and collaborate with the Exam Operations team and the Student Services HR team to ensure smooth exam delivery.Assist with exam delivery outside peak times and support other aspects of assessment operations as required.Work with colleagues across the Exam Operations team to deliver reliable exam services and adherence to processes.Qualifications and experience
Highly meticulous, accurate and organised.Ability to work under pressure with a wide and complex workload.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly to change.Conscientious and committed to the team’s ongoing success.In Return We Would Offer You
