-15.59ph, Monday to Thursday 8am till 3.30 Friday 8am till 3pm, Immediate start, parking, 52 week per year role

Due to the need to operational support needs, a educational setting has an exciting opportunity for an Exam Officer to join them. You will provide key and varied support to management, tutors and students:

• Coordinate and administer all aspects of internal and external examinations.
• Liaise with examination boards, ensuring compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations.
• Manage examination entries, amendments, and certification processes.
• Prepare and maintain examination timetables and seating plans.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate examination invigilators.
• Organise examination venues and ensure all required materials are available.
• Accurately record and process examination results.
• Maintain confidential candidate records and examination documentation.
• Support students requiring access arrangements and liaise with SEN staff where

necessary.

• Keep up to date with changes in examination regulations and procedures.

We would expect the successful Exam Officer to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of JCQ regulations and examination procedures, be an excellent communicator with a friendly profession manner, and have strong administration skills. You will be support 1 to 1 to become familiar with processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked as a Exam Officer, Examination Coordinator or Exam Administrator.

You will be joining an established education setting who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and relevant pre-employment checks.
