TeacherActive is seeking dedicated Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools across Caerphilly during the upcoming examination periods. This role offers flexible working hours and valuable experience within an educational setting, ideal for enhancing your CV. We are establishing a reliable pool of committed invigilators to oversee examinations, ensuring strict adherence to all guidelines and regulations throughout each session.Key Responsibilities Prepare the examination venue, including distributing papers and essential materials.Clearly communicate exam conditions and rules to students before the start of each session.Supervise the examination room to maintain a calm, safe, and orderly environment.Assist students with bathroom breaks in compliance with examination regulations.Collect exam materials promptly at the end of each session and ensure the venue is clean and ready for subsequent exams. Person Specification The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.A strong commitment to following and enforcing examination procedures.High levels of vigilance and meticulous attention to detail.Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
