We are currently seeking Exam Invigilators to work across Secondary Schools in Thanet. This is a flexible, temporary role supporting the smooth running of exams during the exam periods. Training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary, though a keen eye for detail and a professional attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the correct and fair conduct of exams in accordance with exam board regulations.
• Monitor students during exams, ensuring a calm and orderly environment.
• Assist with the distribution and collection of exam papers and materials.
• Ensure that students adhere to exam rules, including prohibiting the use of prohibited materials.
• Assist with the general administration of the exam process, including seating arrangements and verifying student ID.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience working in a school or education setting
• Reliable and punctual individuals who can commit to the exam timetable.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with students, staff, and other invigilators.
• Training will be provided, including the necessary knowledge of exam procedures and regulations.
