Ad Hoc Exam Invigilators - Secondary SchoolLocation: Littlehampton Contract: Ad hoc / temporaryExam Period: April -June 2026We are seeking reliable and professional Ad Hoc Exam Invigilators to support a secondary school during the full exam period. This role is ideal for candidates who are flexible, punctual, and able to remain calm and vigilant in a formal exam environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising pupils during examinations to ensure exam regulations are followedDistributing and collecting exam materialsEnsuring a quiet, safe, and fair testing environmentResponding appropriately to any issues during an exam and reporting concerns to the exams officerSome reading and scribing for students with SEN/EHCPsAvailabilityCandidates must be available for the entire exam periodShifts are offered on an ad hoc basis and can be as short as 3 hours, depending on the exam scheduleStart times may vary, so flexibility is essentialEssential RequirementsEnhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (must be in place before starting)Right to work in the UKStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions preciselyProfessional, approachable, and confident mannerThere is ample parking on site but the school is also accessible on public transportDesirablePrevious experience as an exam invigilator or working in a school environment (training may be provided)What We OfferCompetitive hourly payFlexible, short-term shiftsA supportive school environmentIf you meet ..... full job details .....
