Exam Invigilator

Location: Central London Pay: £15 per hour (+ £1.81 holiday pay) Prospectus is delighted to be supporting the an international university in their search for a temporary Exam Invigilator to support with their December assessment period. The role runs from Friday 11th December to Wednesday 16th December (excluding the weekend), and the shifts are from 09:00 AM to 20:00 PM, with 2 hours of breaks in the day. There will be an earlier 16:00 PM finish on the final day. Key Responsibilities: Manage a small exam environment for students sitting different assessments, including maintaining quiet, preventing personal materials being brought into the exam room, and ensuring appropriate timekeeping. Track varying exam start and finish times to ensure each student''s allotted exam duration is correctly monitored. Work closely with staff and support exam colleagues as required. Key Requirements: Recent, relevant invigilation, exam, or assessment experience, ideally within a higher education environment. High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong stakeholder relationships.
