Exam Invigilator

Simply Education is looking for Exam Invigilators based in Northamptonshire to assist with setting up the exams beforehand and supervising during the exams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervising during the exams and ensuring all rules and regulations are adhered to
• Setting up the room beforehand and ensuring the materials are set up correctly
• Ensure all seating arrangements are set up in line with the exam requirements
• Distribute the papers beforehand and collect them all in after and providing any material during the exams
• Follow compliance with exam regulations
• Report any necessary incidents to the lead and any staff that would need to be made aware
• Assist with the packing up of the exams

Requirements:

• Experience as an exam invigilator ideally in a school setting
• Understanding of the policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• DBS check
• Previous experience in working in an educational setting

All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Teams call.
