We are recruiting experienced Behaviour Mentors and SEN Teaching Assistants to work within specialist SEN and SEMH schools across Birmingham. These settings support pupils aged 5-19 with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), speech and language difficulties, and pupils who have experienced trauma or adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). This role is best suited to candidates who have previous experience working with children or young people who display behaviours that challenge.
