Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ex-Offender Mentor to join their successful CFO Evolution team. This rewarding role involves supporting individuals in custody to develop the confidence, skills and resilience needed to successfully reintegrate into their communities. Working within a prison environment, you''ll play a key role in helping participants overcome barriers, engage with support services, and prepare for life after release. The Role As a Ex-Offender Mentor, you will manage a caseload of participants throughout their custodial journey, from initial assessment through to release planning and resettlement. You''ll provide tailored support through one-to-one sessions and group interventions, helping individuals identify their goals, overcome barriers, and access the services they need to achieve sustainable outcomes. Working collaboratively with colleagues, peer mentors and external partner organisations, you''ll help participants build the foundations for a successful transition back into the community.
