In this rewarding role, you will manage a caseload of participants within a community-based setting, supporting individuals from initial engagement and assessment through to successful reintegration into their communities. Through a combination of one-to-one support, group interventions, mentoring, and practical guidance, you will help participants overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve positive, sustainable outcomes. This initiative aims to create safe, supportive environments where individuals who have undergone rehabilitation can participate in meaningful activities that promote social inclusion, enhance wellbeing, and develop the skills needed to navigate everyday life successfully. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience within probation, social care, employability, housing, or the criminal justice sector.
