Ex Cabin Crew for Executive Reception - BankLondon£30,000 to £35,000 ReceptionistEx-Cabin Crew needed for London Boutique financial services in the City. Working within state of the art fabulous 6 offices, this firm needs a Receptionist or Ex-Cabin Crew to work alongside a small team. You will be providing excellent front of house and administration, reservations and some PA duties - providing the highest levels of 5 customer service. Previous Cabin Crew or FOH receptionist experience is necessary.Reception Duties:Overseeing the switchboard and being the firms ambassador for some incoming callsScreening telephone calls and forwarding messagesMeeting and greeting in a warm, friendly manner to clients, staff and visitorsUtilising the meeting room calendar / meeting room softwareSetting up conference callsOverseeing the catering team who are setting up/clearing meeting rooms ensuring that the cleaning teams have kept the space tidy at all timesBooking lunches, liaising with hospitality teams for drinks and lunches for guestsKeeping check on office supplies and ordering if necessaryGeneral administration (photocopy, fax, scanning)Sorting and distributing post daily and ordering couriersAssisting PAs and Directors where possibleBooking Travel and AccommodationOther ad hoc duties as requested from time to timeRequirements:Previous Cabin Crew or FOH/Reception experienceWonderful communication and administration skillsAble to successfully communicate at the highest levelAbility to ..... full job details .....
