      <description>Location: Swindon | Salary: &amp;pound;25122 - &amp;pound;29574/annum 25 days annual leave + bank holidays | Type: Permanent | Evolve Key Worker   Are you passionate about empowering young people with additional needs to achieve greater independence and reach their full potential?   We're looking for a compassionate and proactive  Evolve Key Worker  to join our Inclusive Learning team. This rewarding role involves supporting young people aged 16–25 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), helping them develop the confidence, independence and skills they need to succeed in education, employment and everyday life.  This position will be required to work 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, which is an actual salary of £21,499 - £25,308.   What you'll do:  	 Provide one-to-one and small group support to learners with EHCPs and complex additional needs. 	 Help learners achieve their RARPA targets, qualifications and EHCP outcomes. 	 Deliver travel training and develop learners' independent living skills where appropriate. 	 Support learners in English, maths and vocational learning, encouraging engagement and progression.
