This is a "doer-leader" role, reflecting the current size and maturity of the team. You will be expected to lead from the front, remaining actively involved in the delivery of events while taking accountability for team performance, coordination and output. The team is responsible for the planning and implementation of internal and external events within the Medical Sector, including activity at our Medical Education Centre, national congresses, company events and mobile labs.
