Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.Event Marketing ManagerAdyen is looking for an experienced events marketing manager to help build and execute on a regional event strategy to meet brand and sales objectives. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, innovative thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.Based in our London office and reporting to the Head of Marketing UK, you will collaborate with local and global stakeholders to create and deliver impactful event programs. Your responsibilities will span the entire event lifecycle, from ideation and development to execution and performance analysis, to ensure alignment with our broader business objectives.Key responsibilities

Alongside the Snr. Events Marketing Manager, global event managers and work cross-departmentally with commercial functions to design and implement a comprehensive event calendar that aligns with local Marketing priorities and goalsManage the execution of events end-to-end, including content and program development, experience and design, vendor management, communications and promotion, as well as tracking campaign execution across platforms like Marketo, Salesforce and LookerActivate Adyen’s sponsorships of trade shows and conferencesResearch new external event opportunities in line with business goalsContinuously evaluate the effectiveness of events through detailed analysis of key business metrics such as revenue impact, cost efficiency, and attendee satisfaction, applying insights to optimise future initiativesFormulate and manage a budget across your event portfolioQualifications

3-4 years of proven experience in organizing B2B events, conferences and more bespoke event formats. B2B event experience is a plusExperienced project manager who enjoys working in a fast paced and international environmentStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with commercial teams such as Sales and Marketing teamsCommercially-savvy and understands how to deliver impact and ROIAbility to work with a high degree of autonomy and think strategically and creativelyExperience with any of the following: marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce), event tooling (Cvent) and is a plusGood knowledge of London event venues and suppliers is a plusYou have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in EnglishAbility to travel domestically and internationally 20%.Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments
