Events Manager

Role Overview The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an incredible youth charity on an Events Manager role. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse events portfolio, including flagship fundraising dinners, golf days, cultivation events and a developing challenge events portfolio. The role focuses on delivering high-quality events aligned with income growth targets. Key Responsibilities Planning and delivering a variety of fundraising and special events, ensuring they meet income and stakeholder engagement goals. Managing event logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution. Cultivating relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to maximise opportunities and support income generation. Collaborating with teams to develop sales strategies and event concepts. Leading and supporting an Events Officer to deliver event activities and outreach. Monitoring event performance and capturing insights for continuous improvement. Considering regional and national opportunities to expand the events portfolio and maximise impact. Person Specification Proven experience in organising and delivering successful events, ideally within a charity or fundraising context. Experience of both special and challenge events would be beniefical but candidates with just special events will be cosnisdered if they have the appetite to develop the challenge porfolio Creativity and innovative thinking to generate ideas and optimise event opportunities. ..... full job details .....
