Events Manager Remote / National Events and Exhibitions, c£42k + Excellent Benefits, Remote / Home-based with UK travelThe British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC) is looking for an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning and operational delivery of its key events across the UK.BASC s events play an important role in member engagement, public presence, stakeholder relationships, commercial partnerships and the organisation s profile across the shooting and conservation sector.This is a varied, hands-on role taking events from initial planning through to on-site delivery and post-event review. You ll coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors and event organisers, manage budgets and logistics, oversee stand design and build, and ensure events are delivered safely and professionally.The role Lead the planning and operational delivery of key events across the UK.Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements and risk assessments.Coordinate suppliers, contractors, event organisers and internal teams.Manage stand build, infrastructure, layouts and on-site execution.Oversee event health and safety, operational documentation and incident procedures.Lead staff and volunteer briefings during live events.Monitor budgets, timelines, risks and delivery against agreed objectives.Complete post-event reviews and help develop consistent event processes and standards.
