The Events Manager in London will be required to plan, produce, and execute quality events, working collaboratively with the London Business Development team. What''s on Offer: Competitive SalaryHybrid workingHours 9:30am - 5:30pmEvents Manager - What you will be doing:Create a plan of events for each financial year, collaborating with Client Development Managers and the Head of Client DevelopmentSupport with the development and execution of client, internal events, and webinarsWork closely with the business development and marketing team, as well as with partners and lawyers to manage the event logistics throughout the lifecycle of an event for example: researching venues/experiences, conducting site visits, booking venues, sourcing entertainment, creating seating plans, working with the graphics team to design and send invitationsCollaborate with departmental lawyers and business development teams to develop and continually refine best practices and standards across the firm for both in-person and virtual eventsEstablish, monitor, manage and report on performance expectations for events and meetingsSet up event schedules and plans, organise, and ship materials, and develop transportation itinerariesNegotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendorsCollaborate with office resources and internal ..... full job details .....
