We are looking for an Events Manager to take ownership of our events programme and bring the Ferovinum brand to lifeThis role is a mix of strategy and delivery: you’ll design an events calendar that supports our growth goals, and then make it happen — from industry trade shows to intimate client dinners to internal team eventsA unique part of this role is managing and activating our office bar and event space, which serves as a showcase venue for clients and partnersYou’ll use the space to host tastings, networking evenings, and other brand-led experiences that build stronger relationships with our communityAlongside events, you’ll also take on office management responsibilities, helping to ensure our London office runs smoothly as a hub for the team and our visitorsThis role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, creative, and enjoys making things happenYou’ll thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment where no two weeks are the sameOwn Ferovinum’s events strategy, building an annual calendar of external and internal eventsLead on planning, logistics, and delivery of events — from booking venues and managing suppliers to designing guest experiencesManage and programme our Ferovinum bar and event space, ensuring it is used effectively for client hospitality, tastings, and community-buildingIt’s important to note that we’ll need you there and present at these events so like any other event based role, this isn’t a typical 9 - 5 opportunityPartner with marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure events drive brand awareness, client engagement, and new businessManage budgets and report on ROIOversee event communications, working with marketing to create invitations, collateral, and follow-up contentEnsure our presence at industry events (speaking slots, sponsorships, networking) is impactful and aligned to business prioritiesOffice Management (light-touch):Act as point of contact for day-to-day office needs (supplies, access, workspace set-up)Coordinate with external suppliers (cleaning, IT support, utilities)Help make the office a welcoming and productive space, including organising small team socials, all-hands and making sure the day to day is under ..... full job details .....
