Events Manager - Immediate Start Hourly Rate: £19.95Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmContract: Temporary, immediate start Location: Central London (Site Based)We are looking for an experienced Temporary Events Manager to provide immediate temporary support within a prestigious corporate environment based in London. There is also potential that this could lead to a permanent position but that can not be guaranteed.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events professional who is available immediately and confident managing the end-to-end delivery of corporate events, meetings and hospitality requirements within a busy, client-facing environment.The Role As Events Manager, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination and successful delivery of events, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, guests and stakeholders.Responsibilities will include: Managing corporate events from initial planning through to deliveryCoordinating event spaces, room layouts and meeting requirementsLiaising with clients and key internal stakeholdersWorking closely with Front of House, Facilities, Catering, Security and AV teamsCoordinating catering, refreshments and hospitality requirementsOverseeing event set-up and ensuring spaces are presented to an exceptional standardManaging multiple bookings and responding quickly to last-minute changesEnsuring a consistently professional and high-quality guest experienceSupporting post-event reviews and identifying ..... full job details .....
