Event Manager - FTC (6 months) Up to 36,000 per annum (Pro-rata) + excellent benefitsI am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Event Manager to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a varied portfolio of live, virtual and hybrid events including conferences, exhibitions and awards. You''ll be responsible for managing projects from end to end, ensuring they run seamlessly and exceed client expectations.The role will involve:Operational planning and delivery of multiple eventsManaging budgets, suppliers, timelines and logisticsLeading on client communications to ensure exceptional serviceOverseeing junior colleagues where appropriateSome UK travel, with occasional overnight staysThe ideal candidate will have:Minimum of three years'' experience at Event Manager level (and at least five years in the events industry overall)Experience delivering a variety of event formats (live, virtual, hybrid)Strong budgeting and financial management skillsImpeccable attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlinesExcellent client and stakeholder management skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills (experience with Cvent desirable)A collaborative, team-focused approachThis is a fantastic interim opportunity for a skilled events professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing complex projects to life.We Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Commited ..... full job details .....
