The ideal Event Executive shall be crafting once-in-a-lifetime journeys and bespoke events for a global HNWI clientele. From private dining under the stars to intimate milestone. You shall bring ideas to life that feel deeply personal, seamless, and extraordinary. Event Executive Duties: Design bespoke events for clients including handling milestone celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries), destination events and retreats, décor design and account managing the journey from arrival to departure. Work with the world s finest hotels, chefs and creators. Own the experience end-to-end. Work and execute events on our clients Instagram and social media platforms. Conceptualise and Execute Luxury Events globally. Build and manage relationships with Luxury hotels and resorts, DMCs and on-ground partners, Chefs, artists, performers and industry experts. Negotiate exclusive access, upgrades, and VIP privileges. Create moments that people talk about for years. Event Executive Essential Requirements: Strong aesthetic sense and luxury mindset. Experience within luxury travel, concierge, hotel, event planning, hospitality and/or lifestyle management is essential for VIP clients. ..... full job details .....
