We''re looking for a Events Executive to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £33,000 and a hybrid working pattern. What you will be doing; Organise and deliver a varied programme of face-to-face and virtual events, ensuring event objectives and budgets are met. Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, speakers, delegate onboarding, Zoom delivery and on-site event support. Coordinate the delegate booking process, including maintaining event webpages and working with internal teams to provide a smooth delegate experience. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work with subject matter experts to develop event programmes. Work with the Commercial Partnerships team to ensure sponsorship requirements and deliverables are completed. ..... full job details .....
