Core Accountabilities of the RoleAssist the Early Careers Development Partner in designing and delivering learning and development programmes for early career cohorts, including graduate, summer internship, and spring insight programmes.Support the execution of the Graduate Induction programme, encompassing business and technical training, and engagement with senior leadership.Coordinate the FCA examination process for graduates, under the guidance of the Early Careers Strategy andamp; Programme Manager.Contribute to the performance appraisal processes for summer interns and graduates.Assist the Early Careers Strategy andamp; Programme Manager in managing the graduate programme life cycle, including transitions to permanent roles.Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the apprentice population, supporting induction and ongoing programme management.Provide support during peak recruitment periods, including conducting Right to Work checks, initiating visa processes, assisting with assessment centres, and coordinating internal events.Take ownership of the planning and delivery of Discovery Days.Undertake ad hoc projects as directed by the Head of Early Careers and the Early Careers Strategy andamp; Programme Manager.
