Working closely with the Major Events team to ensure the seamless execution of events, with responsibilities including but not limited to:Providing guest management support, such as:
Assisting the Event Officer with guest inquiries and requestsEntering guest information into the database
Updating the database post-event with details such as raffle ticket sales, pledge cards, and auction contractsAssisting with auction fulfilment following the eventSupporting the Event Manager with various event-related tasks as needed in the lead up to and following eventsCarrying out research related to our events, whether for procurement of items or to see what events other charities are doingCommitment
We are ideally seeking an ongoing commitment of at least 5 hours per week.Regular support on either a Tuesday or Thursday, when the Major Events team is in the office.What you can expect
