This is a varied role offering exposure across event operations, customer service, and administration. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceAct as a key point of contact for event attendeesHandle enquiries via email, phone, and video callsRegistration ManagementSupport registration process using systems such as EventsAir and CRM platformsAssist attendees requiring one-to-one supportAdministrationManage inbox queries and follow-upsChase missing attendee informationSupport badge checks, data validation, and general adminMailingsAssist with distribution of event passes and materials from HQCommercial SupportProvide administrative support to the Commercial ManagerGeneral SupportAssist the wider events team with ad-hoc duties as required Person SpecificationWe are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to take ownership.Highly organised with strong attention to detailProactive, self motivated ..... full job details .....
