We’re now on the hunt for a highly organised, proactive Events and Operations Manager to lead brand activations, event execution, and operational excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and love bringing unforgettable experiences to life, this is your moment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading brand events – from concept to execution across trade shows, pop-ups, and private activations.
Overseeing logistics – managing inventory, fulfilment, and supplier coordination.
Planning and scheduling – ensuring smooth delivery of events and operational projects.
Reporting and analysis – tracking performance, budgets, and ROI.
Collaborating cross-functionally – working with sales, marketing, and external partners.
Driving operational improvements – streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in events and/or operations – ideally within FMCG, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Impeccable organisational skills – thrives on multitasking and detail.
Strong communicator – confident in managing stakeholders and suppliers.
Creative thinker – brings fresh ideas to elevate brand experiences.
Self-starter – proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
