This is not a ''work the room'' events role - it is the engine room that makes everything run.You will own the detail. You will manage the flow of communication before, during and after events. You will build the processes that keep our premium member experience consistently excellent. From managing speaker logistics and vendor quotes to answering member queries and proof-reading event brochures - if it needs to be organised, tracked or actioned, that''s you.This is a hybrid role that blends executive assistant, operations coordinator and customer success - with hands-on support at events to complete the picture.
