Event Travel Co-Ordinator

This Event Management company are seeking a Temporary worker to work as the main point of contact between the delegates and travel booker providers to co-ordinate all Event travel. Starting ASAP until end of the year, possibility of going permanent. Paying 14p/h.Event Travel Co-Ordinator, Responsibilities As the Event Travel Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the travel bookings for all attendees as required Co-ordinate travel requirements and book via a TMC, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail to ensure ticketing is correctly issued and client expenses policy followed Work with the event team pre-event to cross check all travel bookings against other elements of the events Event Travel Co-ordinator, Skills Required Previous working experience within travel, ideally within an Operations or Travel booking position or an Event Co-ordinator Excellent attention to detail and great problem solving skills The ability to multitask is key as you may work on multiple events with different travel requirements at one time.
