Event Staff - Wine Tasting Event (Temporary Cover)Location: PO19Date: Monday 15th JuneShift: 5:15pm - 9:15pm (4 hours)Pay Rate: 13.00 per hourRole OverviewWe are recruiting event staff to support a specialist wine tasting event in Chichester. This is a customer-facing role, ideal for candidates with a friendly and professional manner, assisting with service and general event support.No prior wine knowledge is required, as full briefing and guidance will be provided on arrival by the on-site team.Duties IncludePouring tasting measures of wine for guests from designated tablesProviding a friendly and welcoming service to approximately 120 attendeesSupporting general event flow and assisting guests where requiredHelping with basic set up prior to the eventAssisting with clear down and loading equipment into the van at the end of the eveningSome lifting of boxes may be required (light to moderate)Event DetailsWine tasting event featuring approximately 30 English winesGuests will be provided with booklets containing full wine informationOn-site support provided by 2-3 permanent team membersFull briefing delivered by the Event Manager on arrivalCandidate RequirementsPolite, approachable, and presentableComfortable in a customer-facing hospitality environmentReliable and punctualAble to assist with light manual handling at the end of the eventDress CodeHospitality attire required:Black trousers or skirtWhite or black shirt Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended ..... full job details .....
