Event Setup AssistantJob Type: Temporary (13th and 14th June)Location: SW LondonDay RateWe are looking for a proactive and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help with the setup and breakdown of an exclusive event in SW London. This role involves setting up gazebos, parasols, and marketing materials to ensure a smooth and successful event experience for all attendees.Day-to-day of the role:Arrive on-site at specified times (8:00 AM for setup and 5:00 PM for breakdown).Assist in the setup of gazebos, parasols, and various marketing materials before the event starts.Ensure all stands and displays are securely and aesthetically set up according to the event plan.Collaborate with the event team to address any on-site requirements or adjustments.Efficiently dismantle and pack up all materials and equipment after the event concludes at 6:30 PM.Required Skills and Qualifications:Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items.Punctual and reliable with a hands-on approach to tasks.Good teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.Previous experience in event setup or similar roles is preferred but not essential.Benefits:Competitive day rate.Opportunity to work in a dynamic event environment.Experience the satisfaction of contributing to the success of an exclusive event.To apply for this Event Setup Assistant position, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter detailing your relevant experience and availability for the ..... full job details .....
