Event Sales ManagerRemoteA fast-growing luxury inbound travel business is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to build and scale its sales function, with a strong focus on growing revenue through predominantly American clients and partners.Specialising in bespoke, high-end travel and hospitality experiences across the UK and Ireland, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in luxury travel, bespoke hospitality, or high-end events who can combine strong commercial instinct with deep destination knowledge.The RoleWorking closely with leadership, you will develop the sales strategy from the ground up- identifying opportunities, building key relationships across the US market, and creating the processes and structure needed to drive long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop the company''s sales function and processesDrive new business growth with American travel advisors, agencies, and corporate clientsDevelop and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to conversionBuild long-term commercial partnerships within the luxury travel sectorWork closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of bespoke client experiencesRepresent the business at industry events and trade showsEssential Skills and ExperienceProven business development or sales experience within luxury travel, bespoke hospitality, or eventsExperience building or scaling a sales function in a growing businessStrong knowledge of UK destinations, itineraries, ..... full job details .....
