to lead our Delegate Sales team. In this role, you will manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring our events attract key decision-makers and industry leaders. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and nurturing strong client relationships.Position:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the delegate sales teamConduct regular performance reviews to enhance team performance.Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet delegate sales targets for various events and conferences.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and research.Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation (cold calling, email campaigns, social media) to pipeline management and closing.Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value delegates.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditionsAnalyse sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.Qualifications
