The Event Resourcing Executive will be required to coordinate event resourcing and operations, ensuring the right freelance staff are scheduled and deployed efficiently across a wide range of events. Key Responsibilities: Source and book event staff, including hosts, brand ambassadors, and event setup crew. Coordinate scheduling, mapping, and linking of jobs to drive efficiency, including travel optimisation. Maintain and update freelancer databases, availability, and skill/qualification records. Ensure workers selected have the correct qualifications and training for each role; flag gaps and work with training/standards teams to resolve. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in events, staffing, or recruitment. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Good attention to detail.
